What it does

Registration

Add competitors one by one with a photo, or import a whole club list from Excel. Duplicates in an imported list are caught automatically.

Automatic categories

Gender, age and weight bands you define put every competitor in the right category - with optional Novice / Advanced divisions by grade.

Weigh-in

Mark who showed up and record their real weight on the day. No-shows are left out of the draw.

Kumite & kata

Kumite brackets that keep clubmates apart in round one whenever the numbers allow it, and kata - individual or teams of three - by judges' scores or flags. Admins can swap competitors before they fight.

Tatami boards

Each mat gets a screen with the current and next bout that updates itself - tap it for every numbered fight on that tatami.

Results & live stream

Podiums for every category with medal tables for clubs and coaches, exportable to Excel - plus a YouTube live stream on the tournament page.

Tournament archive

Every finished tournament is kept with its participants, brackets and results, so past events stay one click away.

Three languages

The whole site works in English, Russian and Kazakh - switch at any time from the top bar.

How a tournament runs

  1. Plan Announce the tournament with its date, venue and rules.
  2. Register Clubs send their competitors; categories are assigned automatically.
  3. Weigh in Check everyone in on the day and confirm their weight.
  4. Draw brackets Generate each category's bracket and assign it a tatami.
  5. Fight Secretaries record winners from a phone at the mat.
  6. Archive Results are frozen into the archive, ready for the next event.

visitor

Anyone - no account needed - can browse tournaments, participants, live brackets and results.

secretary

Runs the weigh-in, records match results at the mat and assigns tatami numbers.

admin

Plans tournaments, registers participants, runs weigh-in, draws brackets and adds secretaries and coaches.

developer

Manages staff accounts and can review the activity log.
